Kim was out hiking (10km) on Thursday. She also spent time driving through gorgeous countryside, visiting quaint French villages and doing some shopping. In her "spare" time, she stopped and took some pictures... 130 pictures Thursday alone!!! It was up to 20 degrees there and then it became very cloudy which created a beautiful picture with the clouds swooping down on the mountain tops. That probably resulted in the last 10 pictures she took of her 130!
Today, she is taking the train to Entrevaux where there is a most beautiful citadel with winding gates and amazing architectute. There may be one or two more pictures taken before she boards the homeward bound train back to her chateau!!!
Saturday she is going to the BIG market in Aups. She was in the village this week but the Market is the "experience" there and it's open only on Saturdays.
On Sunday, she drives to Cannes where she will stay for two nights while she visits that part of France. While she's in Cannes, she will have Internett access so she will be sending pictures and travel notes to fill in the blanks we have missed and share her adventures with us.
On Monday, she will take the train to Monte Carlo with a stop in Nice, hopefully, time permitting.
Tuesday, she will drive home via St. Tropez. I'm sure she'll sleep well Tuesday night!
